1. Introduction
Welcome to Itmeo.com. Please read this Privacy Policy Agreement (the “Policy”) carefully, as it is a legal contract between you (“User”) and Itmeo Inc. (“We,” “Us,” “Our,” “Itmeo”). Itmeo.com is operated by Itmeo Inc., a company incorporated in the United States.
2. Application of This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy applies when you use our website (www.itmeo.com). It does not cover personal data collected and shared by our customers, Creators, or any third-party payment processors through our platform. Creators are the Controllers of their respective webpages, and Itmeo has no control over how these pages are managed or utilized. For information on how your personal data is collected and processed by Creators, please refer to their individual Privacy Policies.
3. What Personal Data Do We Collect?
To provide our services effectively, we collect the following personal data from you and your device:
- General Data: When you use our website, we collect data related to purchases/donations, details of your visits, and information about your computer (e.g., IP address, browser, operating system). This information aids in system administration and enables us to report aggregate data to advertisers, which we collect through cookies. For more details, please see the section on Cookies.
- User Accounts: When registering as a User, we collect personal data, including your full name, email address, and location, either directly or via social sign-up features (e.g., "Sign up with Google" or "Sign up with Facebook"). This data is necessary to provide you with core features, such as following and supporting Creators.
- Creator Registration: If you register as a Creator, we collect your full name, location, and email address to enter into a contract with you for the services you have chosen.
- Follower and Supporter Data: When you support or follow a Creator, we may collect your email address. Supporting a Creator may require us to collect additional information, such as your Stripe ID (if using Stripe) or PayPal ID, along with the IP address associated with a transaction. This is essential for enabling the content you wish to follow.
- Guest Supporters: If you support a Creator as a guest (without creating a profile), we will collect your full name, email address, Stripe ID (if applicable), PayPal ID, and IP address related to the transaction. We collect this information to facilitate your donation or support request.
- Surveys and Feedback: If you sign up or participate in surveys, we will collect the information submitted in those forms. This data helps us understand your marketing preferences, which you can adjust at any time.
- Profile Information: When you create a tailored profile, we collect information including images, tags, text updates, and links to third-party websites. This data collection is based on your consent and is necessary for customizing your profile.
- Payment Information: When processing payments, we collect minimal information such as your full name, email address, PayPal-related information (if applicable), and IP addresses related to transactions to facilitate payment processing.
- Job Applications: If you apply for a job with us, we may collect your full name, contact details, and recruitment information (e.g., documentation, references, qualifications) to assess your suitability for available roles.
Important Note: Both Itmeo and the Creators using Itmeo process your personal information independently and are considered separate data controllers. For instance, Creators have access to User email addresses and transaction information. If you do not want your information shared with Creators, do not provide that information or use our services.
If you prefer us not to use your personal data for the stated purposes, you can contact us at [email protected] to request deletion of your data from our systems. However, please be aware that doing so may hamper our ability to provide you with services and will not automatically remove any contact or transaction data shared with Creators previously.

- Third-Party Service Providers: Users can authenticate through services such as Google (Google Privacy Policy), YouTube (YouTube Privacy Policy), and Twitch (Twitch Privacy Policy). Review privacy policies from these services before using our website.
- Legal Compliance: We may disclose your personal data when necessary to comply with legal obligations, enforce our terms of use, or protect the rights and safety of our clients or others. This includes information sharing with other companies for fraud protection or tax reporting purposes.

will be deleted two years after your account becomes inactive.
6. Marketing

time by following opt-out links in our emails or by contacting us at [email protected].
Please note that opting out of marketing communications does not affect your receipt of essential business
communications, such as service announcements or security information. If you opted-in to receive marketing
messages, your consent is our basis for contacting you. Otherwise, we rely on our legitimate interests to
promote our business to those who may be interested.
